This is one of those books that the chairman buys, people see it on his/her desk, and suddenly there is a mass movement. Buzzwords start flying, political positioning soars to a new level, and off to the races we go. If you read this work a couple of times, underline the parts that have a true connection to productivity, communication, and team efficacy, you will come away with a solid learning experience. If you use the book politically, it is a very dangerous tool. Bits and pieces of this recipe for implementation of strategy will leave you half baked.
